Started off the day at Starbucks for George's last day as the manager. Then we, Brittany and I, headed to class for three hours of historical information that we never listen to. After being freed at 4:40, we met up with my parents and took them out for some food. We went to this little tiny shop, basically a hole in the wall, to get some real souvlaki. This was a hit, though I can't see it ever going any other way because it is SO good.
Then we walked down the Plaka and ate some Gelato while showing my parents around the shops and where a few things were.
After dropping Brittany off, I packed my stuff up and headed out with my parent's to Erin's house where we mainly just hung out. It was great to spend time with them. Erin's daughter, Abby, is just the cutest thing ever. She really makes you work for her smiles though so when you finally get one, it lights up the whole room. The cutest. I really do love kids and could see myself pursuing something in that area for my future career.
Anyways, we had a relaxing night just hanging out and catching up, talking about things here and at home and having a good time. It didn't feel like I was in Greece because with this place feeling like home and then having my parents here too, it was a very strange feeling. I love it.
