Whew. Here I am in bed, ready to end my weekend and start off a new week.
Let's begin with Friday. I went to the mall and had the most glorious experience in Pacsun which included them having one and ONLY ONE mustache ring for sale. Someone must have returned theirs or something because they have been gone since mid-December and off the website.
Anyhow, that was a great feat. The rest of Friday kinda spirals downward, I wasn't feeling myself and just moped around a lot. I went to bed early to try to end my sad spell.
Saturday I stayed in my pajamas for most of the day, spent it watching Tom (lil bro) playing video games and knitting a blanket. I'm still working on it, but it is so close to being able to fit a queen size bed. Pictures to come. At night, my family and plus some went to Dave and Busters. Mom & Dad, Dave (bro) and fiance Noelle, Sam (sis) and boyfriend Johnny, Tom (bro) and girlfriend Gina, and me. Lonely ol' me. It was funny, I tried to take it as a joke. Everyone made fun of me for being single. Even at dinner they had 10 seats and I ended up with the empty one next to me. Every time I had to get out I said "excuse me boyfriend" as I pushed away that chair. I gave everyone a little laugh with it but I gotta say, it did get lonely. The night, besides being 9th wheel, was very fun.
Today I also stayed in pajamas and slept a lot for most of the day. I continued working on my blanket and again...watched Tom play video games. Exciting life. Super Bowl, watched that with Mom & Dad and Sam & Johnny. 5th wheel, not as bad. The game didn't excite me too much, I was mostly in it for the commercials and food (though there were limited really good commercials and I was full after a hoagie and only a few wings).
Overall I would rate this weekend as a 7, despite my negative comments on feeling left out. I'm used to it so I'll survive. Lalala, off to work tomorrow. All week I will be in the baby room so that is a relief. Goodnight.
